Our Children’s Ministry at Fifth Ward Church of Christ is dedicated to providing a loving and educational environment for the youngest members of our faith community.
Children’s Ministry Opportunities: Nurturing Faith from the Start
Here are some key responsibilities of this team:
- Childcare – Offering a secure and caring space for infants and toddlers during services and events.
- Sunday School – Providing age-appropriate and engaging lessons to children, helping them grow in their faith.
- Creative Activities – Organizing fun and educational activities that promote learning and spiritual development.
- Safety and Security – Ensuring a safe environment for children by implementing security measures and protocols.
- Volunteer Coordination – Recruiting and training volunteers to assist in various Children’s Ministry activities.
- Parental Engagement – Keeping parents informed and involved in their child’s spiritual growth.
- Special Events – Planning and executing special events and programs tailored for children.

- Background checks are required for all applicants age 18 and older;
